In some cases, yes. Smaller or more straightforward properties may be reviewed remotely. However, most HOA and multi-unit exterior cleaning projects benefit from an on-site walkthrough so we can properly assess access, safety considerations, and overall scope. For larger or more complex properties, quotes may be prepared after a detailed review rather than provided on the spot.

Payment is typically collected after the work is completed. If a representative is available on-site, payment may be handled the same day. Otherwise, an invoice is issued after completion. Our general approach is that clients don’t pay until they’re satisfied with the results.

When cleaning above entrances or other high-traffic areas, we temporarily restrict access and coordinate timing to maintain safety. We communicate with the on-site contact so residents and staff know what to expect and access can be managed smoothly during that window.

The property manager typically notifies residents in advance with the scheduled date and approximate timing. On cleaning day, residents should expect temporary access restrictions around active work areas and follow any guidance provided to ensure safety.

Safety always comes first. If an area cannot be accessed safely due to height, layout, or lack of proper ladder placement, that portion of the work may be excluded. We do not proceed with areas that can’t be completed safely.

Heavy rain, extreme heat, or unsuitable temperatures can affect exterior cleaning performance and safety. If conditions aren’t appropriate, we’ll communicate clearly and reschedule to ensure the work is completed properly.

Yes. After-hours service can be coordinated when reduced disruption is required. Timing and access are planned in advance with the property manager to ensure a smooth process.

Oxidation removal is not part of our standard service offering and is not advertised as a routine option. In select situations, it may be reviewed as a special request, depending on the surface and conditions.

Yes. Environmental responsibility is built into how we approach all commercial and HOA exterior cleaning projects. We assess runoff and site conditions in advance and will not proceed with work that could pose environmental risk, such as uncontrolled runoff toward lakes, storm drains, or sensitive areas.
